I felt very comfortable at this lovely hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My room was lovely, very spacious, clean and cozy. The goodie basket and mini fridge was an added surprise. The quality of food in the restaurants was excellent. The Spa area great! With an indoor pool. Very easy to walk to all attractions in Vienna. A top class hotel!

Style, location… but most importantly the service, all the bellboys and more importantly Reception with Balasz who was super helpful, all staff in Italian restaurant and especially the waitress Anastazija who provided this special home feel at the breakfast
